Today begins the journey of our new Rotary year. On behalf of myself, DGE Magda, DGN Mark, and the entire District Team, I’d like to thank each and every Rotarian in District 7730 for your continued commitment and dedication. The world truly is a better place because of your actions.
I look forward to serving with all of you this year and know we are going to have an exciting time. Congratulations to you all.
Today, my first official visit was to my own club, The Rotary Club of Maysville. I was overwhelmed with emotion when they presented me with a check for $100 per member, making us a 100% Sustaining Member club for 2009-2010. Thank you President Wayne and Foundation Chair Dan for making this happen.
