Mark is the President and Chief Engineer at Quality Sound and Video in Fayetteville, N.C. He attended Bucks County Community College, Temple University, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and Fayetteville State University receiving various degrees in Broadcasting. A graduate of the US Army Aviation School, he is a commericial pilot with instrument rating for both fixed and rotary wing aircraft.

Mark holds several memberships in the sound industry and is listed in Who’s Who in Engineering and Who’s Who in the South and Southeast. Mark has written a series of articles that have been published in many industry publications.

Mark has held positions in local government serving as the finance committee chair for Habitat for Humanity, Treasurer for Vietnam Veternans of America and Treasurer for Cape Fear Botanical Garden. Mark is the Treasurer and Gym Construction Chair at Saint Patrick Catholic Church and the Technical Director for Community Concerts of Fayetteville. He received the March of Dimes service award, the NC Governors Special Volunteer Award from Governor Jim Hunt and the US Presidential Achievement Award from President Ronald Regan. He has also held a variety of chairs at the Fayetteville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Mark is a charter member, past President and current treasurer of the Rotary Club of Fayetteville Lafayette. He is a Paul Harris Fellow, sustaining member, and charter member of the Paul Harris Society. He served as the Rotarians Against Drugs speech contest Chair as well as serving his third year as Assistant Governor. This year for Area 5.
