1. Logon to the District Database.
2. Click on “My Club”
3. Scroll down and click on Reports.
4. Scroll down and find 2.1 The Rotary Foundation, then click.
5. Fill in the amount on the top and click tab. That amount will automatically fill in for each person and total the entire amount.
If you want a different amount for each person you must fill in them separately.
Click PRINT, add your check for the full amount, and MAIL IN TO THE ROTARY FOUNDATION address found on the form.
